The panel discussion entitled "Utility and Grid Computing: Products, Enabling Technologies, or Distractions," will take place Tuesday, September 18 at 3:30-4:15 p.m. at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. John Abbott, Chief Analyst & Research Director, Systems, at The 451 Group covering the systems and storage industries will moderate the panel. Joining Lynn on the panel will be Michael Platner, CEO, Layered Technologies, and Brian Hurley, CEO, Liquid Computing.

Attendees will learn about emerging technologies, strategies and opportunities relevant to these activities, including 'gridonomics,' virtualization, SOA, security and open source, as well as social, cultural and organizational issues.
